In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to the bv999j platform is strictly restricted. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the bv999j platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their bv999j account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

bv999j will never ask for your password through any channel — including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your bv999j account, you must notify our support team without delay. bv999j will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials or have disclosed them to a third party.

• Visa card transactions are subject to the issuing bank's processing policies and may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the bv999j finance team within the timeframes published on the Platform. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification and must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. bv999j does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

bv999j offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer at the time of publication.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per Player, household, IP address, payment method, and device.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.

Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. • In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of bv999j and may be suspended at any time during a live event.

• Evidence of match fixing, spot fixing, or any other corruption will result in immediate account termination and referral to the relevant authorities.

• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or undisclosed vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts or in collusion with other Players.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of crime through the Platform.
• Any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the integrity or security of the bv999j platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any bv999j game or platform component.

All content on the bv999j platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bv999j or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants Players any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bv999j intellectual property without express prior written consent.

The bv999j name, logo, and associated marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, in promotional materials, or in any online communication — is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bv999j shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities arising from technical failures beyond bv999j's reasonable control.

bv999j's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Players may close their bv999j account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

bv999j reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to retain any balance therein, where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• bv999j is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
• A Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• bv999j has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity on the account.
• A Player has applied for voluntary self-exclusion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bv999j holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bv999j's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in cases of urgent necessity.

bv999j reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the registered account address, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

Continued use of the bv999j platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
